Which clip is the noise from?
Noise removed, louder, no repeats. You may hear a slight accent on "down the hill,"
not unique, but common in Indiana. Depending on where you grew up, you may not hear an accent which means he could have grown up where you did!
Listen for the accent, which is not Southern but more Midwesterm. It doesn't uniquely identify him, but it probably rules out the "popular" suspects who tend toward Kentucky accents.
Also listen for pitch, speech rate, tone, texture and intonation.
